Dapat disimpulkan bahwa senyawa-senyawa kimia tersebut memiliki aktivitas biologi dan farmakologis yang berguna bagi manusia. Hasil senyawa kimia yang teridentifikasi yaitu hexahydro-3H-1-6’- 2-methylthiophene 1-(4-phenylcyclohexyl)-1-hexanone (Z)-3-heptadecen-5-yne anilino-5H-dibenzodiazepine octadecane silicone grease, siliconfett dotriacontane hexadecahydro-pyrene aristolone dan triacontane. Ekstrak n-heksana daun Miana dianalisis menggunakan Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrophotometry (GCMS). Serbuk halus daun Miana direndam ke dalam pelarut n-heksana selama 3 hari dengan 2 kali ulangan. Daun Miana dicuci, dikeringkan, lalu diblender hingga menjadi serbuk halus. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis senyawa kimia yang terkandung dalam daun Miana. Miana (Coleus blumei) atau yang lebih dikenal masyarakat dengan sebutan “Wiyono” termasuk salah satu tanaman hias dengan beragam varietas dedaunan yang berwarna-warni dan berkhasiat sebagai obat bisul atau memar.
